Your Community Mental Health Teams
Mindfull Community's Community Health & Engagement (CHE) team is one of the community mental health teams under the Community Mental Health masterplan, focusing on caregivers who are caring for persons with mental health issues and/or dementia. These caregivers may have or are at risk of developing depression, anxiety and burn-out themselves, as a result of their caregiving responsibilities.
Every caregiver gets a dedicated guide who listens deeply, understands their situation, and matches them to the right support — counselling, psychoeducation and engagement activities. The guide stays in touch through check-ins and regular engagement activities, like Walkie Talkie and Zentangle art workshops.
