    Mindfull Community Limited is seeking a passionate and dedicated Programme Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Caregiver Support and Education, the Programme Manager will play a key role in educating, equipping, engaging, and empowering caregivers of persons with mental health issues. This is achieved through the delivery of structured psychoeducation, support group programmes and emotional support initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct and facilitate the Caregivers-to-Caregivers (C2C) Psychoeducation and Caregivers-for-Caregivers (C4C) Support Group Programmes.

    • Provide caregivers with relevant information, referrals, and emotional support where necessary.

    • Promote awareness of Mindfull Community Limited’s programmes and services.

    • Support outreach and partnership efforts with assigned hospitals and organisations through events, talks, and engagement activities.

    • Build and maintain relationships with assigned partners to explore collaboration opportunities and connect with caregivers.

    • Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support analysis and reporting.

    • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, conferences, and cross-functional projects as required.

    • Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues in achieving the organisation’s strategic objectives.

    • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Technical Competencies

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including CRM and good case documentation.

    Core Competencies

    • Caregiver Support & Facilitation – Leading psychoeducation and support programmes, and providing guidance, referrals, and emotional support to caregivers.

    • Outreach & Partnerships – Promoting programmes, engaging communities, and building strong collaborations with hospitals and organisations.

    • Organisational Effectiveness – Ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and contributing to teamwork and strategic objectives.

    • Strong Relationship Management Skills - Ability to engage effectively with colleagues, caregivers, partners, and volunteers.

    Preferred Qualifications & Characteristics

    • Passionate about supporting families and caregivers of persons with mental health issues.

    • Diploma or higher qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field with 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

  • Job Scope:

    The Volunteer Management team is expected to grow the volunteer pool, broker partnerships between community partners, and strengthen volunteer management capabilities.

    • Develop and implement effective volunteer management strategy covering recruitment, training, deployment, reward, retention and recognition

    • Evaluate all aspects of volunteer programmes to ensure effectiveness and implement changes as appropriate

    • Work in partnership with the various departments to identify volunteer needs and co-design volunteer roles

    • Establish partnerships with corporates, institutes of higher learning, community organisations and other stakeholders

    • Screen, assess, match, train and deploy volunteers to suitable volunteer roles

    • Support volunteers in onboarding and role integration

    • Leverage technology/ digital platforms and data-driven insights for management reporting

    • Manage and maintain the volunteer management database and other administrative documents

    • Supervise and develop 1-2 staff members


    Job Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences or other relevant qualifications 

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Volunteer Management preferred 

    • Good organisation skills and a strong team player

    • Good communication skills and resourceful

    • Ability to work well with a diverse group of professionals from the public and private sectors

    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends so that you can be part of our community events

  • Mindfull Community Limited is seeking an intern to join us for 6 months.

    Job Scope:

    • Support the planning and organising our Circles of Resilience Support Groups for Youth, workshops and other events aimed at supporting mental health recovery and fostering broader community engagement.

    • Assist in designing and reviewing session plans and programme materials for our support groups, workshops and other engagements ensuring they are innovative, relevant, engaging and aligned with the needs of our participants.

    • Support semi-structured peer support group sessions, creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals to share their experiences and build supportive relationships.

    • Help with the administering and management of data to support programme evaluation and inform future initiatives.

    • Support the team in outreach efforts and work on fun, youth-centric ideas to engage individuals between the ages 15 - 35 to convey broader purpose of Mindfull Community Limited.


    Job Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

    • Comfortable working in a tech-reliant environment

    • Great interpersonal and communication skills (English language)

    • Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback

  • Job Scope:

    • Manage and support hospital/clinic outposts and respond promptly to caregiver enquiries.

    • Provide case management for caregivers of persons with mental health needs, including assessment, care planning, monitoring, and documentation.

    • Monitor caregiver conditions and escalate concerns to leadership as needed.

    • Develop, co-facilitate, and support caregiver engagement activities, including volunteer involvement.

    • Provide administrative, emotional, logistical, and operational support during engagement activities.

    • Support public mental health education, community outreach, and partner engagement for programme implementation.

    • Maintain accurate programme data and documentation; assist with data collation and report submissions.

    • Attend hospital case discussion sessions and mandatory trainings to maintain competency.

    • Contribute to organisational and team projects, workgroups, and committees.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head/Deputy Head.


    Job Requirements:

    • A Diploma in counselling, social work or psychology would be an advantage

    • Has at least 5 years of related experience in mental health related fields

    • Possesses good organisational, communication and administrative skills

    • Has the passion and dedication to work with families and persons with mental health issues

  • The Role:

    • We are seeking a driven and independent Manager/ Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to partner the Head in leading Mindfull’s communications function. This role combines strategic storytelling, media amplification and hands-on communications delivery.

    • As the right hand, you will help guide junior team members, manage stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping and amplifying Mindfull’s narrative — ensuring our impact, values and beneficiaries’ stories are communicated with clarity, sensitivity and purpose.

    • This role is ideal for an experienced in-house/ agency communications professional or former journalist who is equally comfortable thinking strategically, crafting narratives and engaging media.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Storytelling & Narrative Building

    • Drive Mindfull’s storytelling strategy, translating programmes, impact and lived experiences into compelling narratives

    • Amplify the impact of our work through website content, social media, media interviews, award submissions and public engagements

    • Ensure stories are told with empathy, dignity and alignment to Mindfull’s mission and brand voice

    • Identify strong story angles and opportunities to spotlight caregivers, families, partners and programmes

    2. Media & External Communications

    • Support and drive media relations efforts, including pitching, interview preparation and media engagements

    • Work closely with leadership and programme teams to surface timely and relevant stories

    • Act as a key advisor on messaging, positioning and media readiness

    • Ensure consistency and quality across all external communications

    3. Signature Events (Communications Lead)

    • Contribute to Mindfull’s signature events from a communications perspective

    • Lead communications planning for events, including messaging, content, media outreach and internal alignment

    • Support event teams in amplifying event objectives, stories and outcomes before, during and after events

    4. Stakeholder & Brand Management

    • Manage internal stakeholders across programmes, fundraising, leadership and partners to deliver effective communications support

    • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency, clarity and sensitivity across channels

    • Ensure Mindfull’s work and values are well understood internally and externally

    5. Team Leadership & Cadence

    • Drive team planning, cadence and prioritisation across campaigns and ongoing communications work

    • Guide, mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow in skills, confidence and ownership

     

    6. Governance, Processes & Strategic Support

    • Drive internal approval processes to ensure communications are timely, accurate and aligned

    • Support the Head in communications strategy development and corporate planning

    • Contribute to longer-term planning, evaluation and continuous improvement of communications efforts

    Job Requirements:

    Experience & Capabilities:

    • 6–10 years of experience in communications, PR, journalism or related fields

    • Strong background in content, storytelling and media communications

    • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on

  • Job Summary:

    ​Mindfull Community Limited is seeking a Corporate Communications intern to join us for 6 months.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Development and Execution of Social Media Posts - Strategise, plan, and execute social media posts as determined in the content calendar.  

    • Developing Social Media Campaigns - Ideate, refine, and execute key social media campaigns for signature events and occasions.

    • Creative Storytelling Strategy - Ideate and refine creative strategies on the general marketing level, be it digital campaigns, corp videos or more. 

    • Copywriting - Come up with engaging and concise copy for posters, aligned to our mental health programmes and assist with writing of Annual Report or compiling content across depts.

    • Media Stories - Sourcing of profiles and writing stories for the media/website to build understanding for those struggling with mental health issues and their families.  

    • Design (optional skill set) - To assist with design concept and execution (if familiar with Illustrator or Canva) 

    Job Requirements:

    • Good in writing and creative ideation 

    • Ability to be proactive, responsive, detail-oriented and demonstrate good judgment

  • Job Scope:

    • Assist the Head, Partnerships and Engagement to achieve budgeted annual fundraising target.

    • Build fundraising pipeline, conduct research and review of donors/ prospects and support effort to establish new relationships to build visibility and financial resources.

    • Oversight of the donor engagement and appreciation process for stewardship and recognition opportunities.

    • Facilitate the management and execution of donor events (e.g. donors recognition receptions, dinners, dedication ceremonies) with internal and external parties.

    • Development, implementation and review of fundraising strategies for continuous improvement in revenue, acquisition and retention performance.

    • Research, write and submit winning grant applications.

    • Work closely with the various teams to develop campaign collaterals and utilise CRM system, website and social media to maximise effectiveness of fundraising programs.

    • Analysis of campaigns and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.

    • Manage donor/ prospect records and database.

    • Manage special projects in collaboration with other departments from time to time.

    Job Requirements:

    • At least a Bachelor’s degree.

    • Fundraising experience in a non-profit organisation or education institute is preferred.

    • Exceptional research skills required to thoroughly identify, assess, and engage potential prospects and donors.

    • Highly developed interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.

    • Strong attention to details, administrative and logistical skills.

    • Be a good team player.

    • Excellent command of English and capacity to write clearly.

    • Experience with organisation and project management skills.
