  • Job Description:

    Mindfull Community Limited is seeking a passionate and dedicated Programme Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Caregiver Support and Education, the Programme Manager will play a key role in educating, equipping, engaging, and empowering caregivers of persons with mental health issues. This is achieved through the delivery of structured psychoeducation, support group programmes and emotional support initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct and facilitate the Caregivers-to-Caregivers (C2C) Psychoeducation and Caregivers-for-Caregivers (C4C) Support Group Programmes.

    • Provide caregivers with relevant information, referrals and emotional support where necessary.

    • Promote awareness of Mindfull Community Limited’s programmes and services.

    • Support outreach and partnership efforts with assigned hospitals and organisations through events, talks, and engagement activities.

    • Build and maintain relationships with assigned partners to explore collaboration opportunities and connect with caregivers.

    • Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support analysis and reporting.

    • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, conferences and cross-functional projects as required.

    • Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues in achieving the organisation’s strategic objectives.

    • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    Technical Competencies

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including CRM and good case documentation.

    Core Competencies

    • Caregiver Support & Facilitation- Leading psychoeducation and support programmes and providing guidance, referrals and emotional support to caregivers.

    • Outreach & Partnerships- Promoting programmes, engaging communities and building strong collaborations with hospitals and organisations.

    • Organisational Effectiveness- Ensuring accurate data management, reporting and contributing to teamwork and strategic objectives

    • Strong Relationship Management Skills- Ability to engage effectively with colleagues, caregivers, partners and volunteers

    Preferred Qualifications & Characteristics

    • Passionate about supporting families and caregivers of persons with mental health issues.

    • Diploma or higher qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field with 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

  • Job Scope:

    • Assist the Head, Partnerships and Engagement to achieve budgeted annual fundraising target.

    • Build fundraising pipeline, conduct research and review of donors/ prospects and support effort to establish new relationships to build visibility and financial resources.

    • Oversight of the donor engagement and appreciation process for stewardship and recognition opportunities.

    • Facilitate the management and execution of donor events (e.g. donors recognition receptions, dinners, dedication ceremonies) with internal and external parties.

    • Development, implementation and review of fundraising strategies for continuous improvement in revenue, acquisition and retention performance.

    • Research, write and submit winning grant applications.

    • Work closely with the various teams to develop campaign collaterals and utilise CRM system, website and social media to maximise effectiveness of fundraising programs.

    • Analysis of campaigns and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.

    • Manage donor/ prospect records and database.

    • Manage special projects in collaboration with other departments from time to time.

    Job Requirements:

    • At least a Bachelor’s degree.

    • Fundraising experience in a non-profit organisation or education institute is preferred.

    • Exceptional research skills required to thoroughly identify, assess, and engage potential prospects and donors.

    • Highly developed interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.

    • Strong attention to details, administrative and logistical skills.

    • Be a good team player.

    • Excellent command of English and capacity to write clearly.

  • Job Description:

    The Programme Manager oversees the strategic conceptualisation, management, and quality assurance of youth mental health and recovery-oriented programmes that promote empowerment, resilience, and community integration. The role provides leadership and supports other Programme Managers, ensuring alignment to organisational standards, programme fidelity, and best practices in youth engagement and mental health support.

    The Programme Manager spearheads the design and development of innovative youth mental health initiatives, while leading engagement efforts with youths, community stakeholders, schools, partners, and volunteers to strengthen ecosystem collaboration and continuity of care. The role also drives strategic outreach and partnership development to enhance programme impact, accessibility, and sustainability.

    In addition, the Programme Mananger is responsible for overseeing programme implementation, monitoring operational risks and ethical considerations, and ensuring quality control across programme delivery, facilitation standards, safeguarding practices, and resource utilisation. The role supports capability development within the team and fosters a culture of reflective practice, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Programme Leadership, Conceptualisation, and Community Engagement:

    • Lead the conceptualisation, planning, and improvement of recovery-oriented and youth mental health programmes that strengthen resilience, social support, and community connectedness.

    • Provide leadership and guidance to other programme managers, facilitators, volunteers and peer contributors in programme development and delivery.

    • Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, community organisations, schools, facilitators, and service providers to strengthen programme impact and collaboration.

    • Lead and oversee groupwork, workshops, youth engagements, and community initiatives while ensuring safe, inclusive, and recovery-oriented spaces.

    • Drive programme review, evaluation, and quality improvement processes to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with organisational objectives.

    • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    • Experience in programme development, group facilitation, youth engagement, and/or mental health or peer support work.

    • Ability to lead teams and foster psychologically safe, empathetic, and collaborative environments.

    • Strong organisational, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills across diverse communities and partners.

    • Resilient, adaptable, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

    • Degree in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.

    • Peer Support Specialist certification and/or relevant mental health training preferred.

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mental health, peer support, community engagement, and programme management

    2. Programme Management, Coordination, and Quality Assurance:

    • Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of youth engagement and recovery-oriented programmes and activities.

    • Lead programme outreach, publicity, engagement strategies, and participant management processes across relevant platforms and stakeholder groups.

    • Ensure effective coordination of programme logistics, operational requirements, safety considerations, and resource allocation.

    • Supervise programme implementation and ensure adherence to organisational standards, safeguarding practices, and operational protocols.

    • Review programme reports, updates, and documentation while monitoring programme risks, outcomes, and areas for improvement.

    3. Operational Leadership and Administrative Oversight:

    • Provide leadership and oversight for the operational and administrative functions of programmes, training initiatives, and community engagements.

    • Oversee coordination and liaison efforts relating to training programmes, stakeholder engagements, and external partnerships.

    • Ensure proper administration and documentation of programme evaluations, feedback, attendance records, and operational data.

    • Support budget planning, procurement, and resource management to ensure effective and accountable programme operations.

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes, facilitation guidelines, and quality assurance practices.

     Requirements:

    • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Job Description:

    We are looking for a Content & PR Lead who can own and drive our storytelling end-to-end — from shaping narratives to executing content across channels and securing meaningful media coverage.
     
    This is a hands-on role for someone who can think in stories, write with clarity and empathy, and translate our work into content that resonates with both the public and the media. You will be the engine behind our content and PR efforts, working closely with the team to bring campaigns and narratives to life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Content & Social Media

    • Own and manage the content calendar across social media e.g. LinkedIn and TikTok
    • Plan, write, and publish content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand voice
    • Adapt content across platforms while maintaining narrative consistency

    2. Copywriting & Storytelling

    • Write high-quality copy across formats:

       - Social media posts and website content

       - Programme materials, including EDMs, brochures and the Annual Report

    • Translate sensitive topics into accessible, human-centred stories

    • Ensure all content reflects care, dignity, and authenticity, especially when featuring beneficiaries and caregivers

    3. PR & Media Relations

    • Develop and pitch story angles to mainstream and niche media

    • Work closely with leadership and programme teams to surface timely and relevant stories

    • Coordinate interviews, media requests, and spokesperson preparation

    4. Community Story Pipeline

    • Build and manage a pipeline of stories from:

       - Caregivers

       - Persons in recovery

    • Community partners

    • Conduct interviews with empathy and professionalism

    • Curate and shape stories for both content and media use

    5. Internal and External Communications

    •  Translate campaign briefs into integrated content and PR plans

    •  Amplify the impact of our work internally and externally through owned channels, award submissions and

       public engagements

    •  Ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints

    What We're Looking For:

    Core Skills & Experience

    • Strong writing and editing skills (portfolio required)

    • 5 to 10 years of experience in social media content and PR/media relations

    • Ability to develop and pitch compelling story angles

    • Comfortable working in a hands-on, execution-focused role

  • About the role:

    The RDM Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day research, data, and Monitoring & Evaluation projects within the RDM function. The role translates departmental plans into concrete project scopes and timelines, oversees execution, and ensures that research and data outputs are robust, timely, and usable by operations and service teams.

     

    The role needs a curious, self-directed problem solver who can clarify ambiguous questions, independently drive projects, engage stakeholders, synthesise and organise evidence, and turn information into actionable insights.

    Responsibilities:

    The role contributes to Mindfull’s community mental health mission by ensuring that research, evaluation, and data initiatives are well-planned, well-executed, and practically useful for decision-making.

    Manage research and evaluation projects

    Plan, coordinate, and deliver research and evaluation projects (e.g. outcomes studies, programme evaluations, needs assessments), including defining scope, methodology, timelines and resource requirements.

    • Ensure methodological rigour and ethical practice

    Develop and/or adapt research instruments, sampling approaches and analysis plans; ensure compliance with research ethics, data privacy and organisational policies.

    • Lead analysis, synthesis and insight generation

    Clean, manage, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, implications and recommendations, presenting evidence in reports, dashboards, and presentations that support organisational learning, programme design and decision-making.

    • Support data systems and governance

    Work with IT and relevant teams to improve data collection processes, data quality checks and documentation; apply agreed data standards, and identify internal policies and SOPs for data governance, research ethics, data privacy, and dissemination.

    • Stakeholder engagement and influence

    Facilitate discussions with Programme/Services, Comms, HR, Finance and other functions to clarify needs, surface assumptions and co-create solutions. Engage stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels, asking meaningful questions and challenging assumptions constructively where suitable.

    • Process improvement and capability-building

    Identify opportunities to streamline RDM workflows, templates, and reporting; contribute to data literacy and evidence-use initiatives as assigned by the Deputy Head.

    • Drive project planning and delivery

    Translate broad objectives into project scopes, workplans, milestones and deliverables, anticipating risks, dependencies and stakeholder needs. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect project progress.

    Requirements:

    (Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities)

    • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in research, data analytics, evaluation, public policy or related fields, preferably with exposure to social services, healthcare, or public sector settings.

    • Strong working knowledge of research methods and/or evaluation frameworks (quantitative and/or qualitative), including hands-on experience in designing studies, managing data and conducting analyses.

    • Proficient in data tools (e.g. Excel, statistical software, survey platforms, data visualisation tools) and comfortable working with both numerical and textual data.

    • Demonstrated experience leading projects or workstreams independently, including planning, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and delivering outputs to agreed timelines and quality.

    • Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems into key questions and information gaps, synthesising information to develop recommendations and options, and communicating reasoning clearly.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing structured reports and presentations for stakeholders of differing levels.

    • Organised, detail-oriented and adaptable, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

    • Some experience in supervising junior staff or interns will be an advantage.

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, including government, corporations, schools, faith-based organisations and communities.

    • Raises public awareness of Mindfull Community through engagement with various sectors, fostering referrals and collaboration.

    • Collaborates closely with colleagues to establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders. Ensures the delivery of high-quality programmes and services to caregivers and care recipients across diverse sectors.

    • Works in tandem with partners and stakeholders to coordinate and participate in events that raise awareness and promote programmes and services, addressing the specific needs of clients.

    • Monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of Mindfull Community’s involvement in outreach activities and events.

    • Conduct training (talks and workshops).

    • Develop, monitor and ensure that the Key Performance Indicators are achieved.

    • Ensure all relevant data is collected and stored in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

    • Undertakes any other administrative duties as and when directed.

    Job Requirement:

    • Possesses at least a bachelor’s degree - a degree in marketing, business development, counselling, social work or psychology will be an advantage

    • Has at least 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development or mental health related fields

    • Possesses good organisational, communication, networking and administrative skills

    • Capable of innovative and strategic thinking beyond conventional boundaries

    • Results-oriented and is comfortable in working independently

    • Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes

    • Proficient in the English Language and has good writing skills

    • Good sense of integrity and displays sincerity when dealing with stakeholders

    • Has the passion and dedication to work with families and persons with mental health issues

    • Partnerships Manager may be required to conduct talks and workshops in Chinese language. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage

    • Willingness to work on weekends and weekday nights
