  • Job Relationship: Reports to CEO

    Job Description

    ​The Head of Communications will work closely with CEO on corporate communications covering publicity, marketing and branding. He/She will be the key leader for media relations, brand management, storytelling and planning corporate and engagement events.

    Job Responsibilities 

    1) Communications, Media and Branding

    • Formulate corporate communication strategies to deliver the vision and mission of Mindfull Community Limited

    • Provide communications expertise to heighten profile of Mindfull brand and support all internal and external communication matters

    • Oversee and upkeep of corporate website, development of campaign websites, social media and other e-communication platforms including Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter

    • Develop good media relations with external partners and coordinate internally with other colleagues for media projects and publicity opportunities

    • Work closely with CEO for production of Mindfull Annual Report

    • Manage agency and vendor relationships and deliverables to ensure consistent and high-quality work

    • Develop, oversee and manage key organisation events 

    2) Strategic Leadership

    • Support CEO and work closely with other key leaders and managers to achieve the vision, mission and strategy for the organisation

    • Ensure strategies are effectively executed, reviewed and adapted to meet the desired outcomes and strategic directions set by the Board

    • Support CEO to manage and implement changes and build the desired organisation culture in alignment with Mindfull’s strategic direction

    • Any other duties assigned by CEO

    3) People Management and Development

    • Coach and mentor staff members to deliver the desired outcomes, build a collaborative culture and contribute to establishing a positive, healthy and safe work environment for all staff through interdepartmental collaboration and cooperation

    • Oversee learning and professional growth of team members

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Communications, Events Management, Marketing or Public Relations with at least more than 10 years’ experience in one or more of the following fields: Corporate Communications; Marketing; Public Relations; Branding; Social Media Communications.

    • Good organisational, communications, networking and people skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    • Interest in supporting families and caregivers of persons with mental health issues.

  • Job Relationship: Reports to Deputy Head, Partnerships, overseeing Outreach to Corporates, Faith-based Groups, Institutes of Learning & Communities.

    Job Summary

    The Partnership Manager collaborates with the Partnerships & Engagement Dept for Outreach to Corporates, Faith-based Groups, Institutes of Learning & Communities in outreach activities aimed at promoting Mindfull Community Limited to corporations, faith-based groups, and communities.

     

    Additionally, the Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing Mindfull’s programmes and services tailored to the diverse needs of clients. This includes the development and implementation of mental health awareness projects targeted at both corporate environments and general public education. This role helps ensure Mindfull's outreach efforts are inclusive and impactful across various sectors.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plans and executes diverse outreach activities, including meetings, presentations, talks, and events, aimed at promoting Mindfull Community and its programmes and services to corporations, faith-based groups, schools and communities.

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, including government, corporations, schools, faith-based organisations and communities.

    • Raises public awareness of Mindfull Community through engagement with various sectors, fostering referrals and collaboration.

    • Collaborates closely with colleagues to establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders. Ensures the delivery of high-quality programmes and services to caregivers and care recipients across diverse sectors.

    • Works in tandem with partners and stakeholders to coordinate and participate in events that raise awareness and promote programmes and services, addressing the specific needs of clients.

    • Monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of Mindfull Community’s involvement in outreach activities and events.

    • Conduct training (talks and workshops).

    • Develop, monitor and ensure that the Key Performance Indicators are achieved.

    • Ensure all relevant data is collected and stored in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

    • Undertakes any other administrative duties as and when directed.

     

    Job Requirements

    • Possesses at least a bachelor’s degree - a degree in marketing, business development, counselling, social work or psychology will be an advantage.

    • Has at least 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development or mental health related fields

    • Possesses good organisational, communication, networking and administrative skills.

    • Capable of innovative and strategic thinking beyond conventional boundaries.

    • Results-oriented and is comfortable in working independently.

    • Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes.

    • Proficient in the English Language and has good writing skills.

    • Good sense of integrity and displays sincerity when dealing with stakeholders.

    • Has the passion and dedication to work with families and persons with mental health issues.

    • Partnerships Manager may be required to conduct talks and workshops in Chinese language. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage.

    • Willingness to work on weekends and weekday nights.

  • Job Relationship: Reports to Head of Operations & Corporate Services

    Job Summary

    You are responsible for providing effective IT technical support. This includes problem diagnosis, configuration, installation and troubleshooting of IT systems and applications.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, project planning and execution.

    • Support and maintain existing database system (eg CRM).

    • Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

    • Assist in user account management and permissions in Microsoft products (eg. Sharepoint, emails) and setting up new user accounts and devices.

    • Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure timely procurement, installation and configuration of hardware, software and services.

    • Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes and procedures and enforce security policies and procedures.

    • Provide first-level day to day technical support for users and work with vendors for repairs.

    • Monitor and address security vulnerabilities and incidents and perform routine system checks, backups and patch management.

    • Conduct training sessions for staff on IT best practices and tools.

     

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma in Information Technology with 2 years of relevant working experience.

    • Good communication, interpersonal skills and problem- solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    Preferred

    • Basic programming understanding eg JavaScript to communicate effectively with development teams or support minor system tasks.

    • Familiar with NAS (Synology), Microsoft Ecosystem eg. Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate etc.

  • Job Responsibilities

    • Support the planning and organising our Circles of Resilience Support Groups for Youth, Workshops and other events aimed at supporting mental health recovery and fostering broader community engagement.

    • Assist in designing and reviewing session plans and programme materials for our support groups and workshops, and other engagements, ensuring they are innovative, relevant, engaging, and aligned with the needs of our participants.

    • Support semi-structured peer support group sessions, creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals to share their experiences and build supportive relationships.

    • Help with the administering and management of data to support programme evaluation and inform future initiatives.

    • Support the team in outreach efforts and work on fun, youth-centric ideas to engage individuals between the ages 15 – 35 to convey broader purpose of Mindfull Community Limited.

     

    Job Requirements 

    • Preferably possesses Polytechnic Diploma 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint

    • Comfortable working in a tech-reliant environment

    • Great interpersonal and communication skills (English Language)

    • Willingness to learn and received constructive feedback

  • To assist and support CAL’s marketing and programmes activities.
     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plans and executes diverse outreach activities, including meetings, presentations, awareness talks, and events, aimed at raising awareness and promoting CAL and its programs and services. 

    • Collaborates closely with CAL staff, and relevant stakeholders to establish and nurture relationships with corporate partners, faith-based groups, and community organisations. Ensures the delivery of high-quality programmes and services to caregivers across diverse sectors.

    • Works in tandem with corporate partners, faith-based groups, and community organisations to coordinate and participate in events that not only raise awareness of CAL but also promote its programmes and services, addressing the specific needs of clients within these varied contexts.

    • Monitors and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of CAL’s involvement in outreach activities and events within corporate, faith-based, and community settings.

    • Conducts training (talks and workshops).

    • Ensures all relevant outreach and event data are properly entered into CAL’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

    • Undertakes any other administrative duties as and when directed.
       

    Job Requirements 

    • Polytechnic Diploma & above

    • Microsoft Office – Excel & PowerPoint Proficient

    • Group Facilitation Skills

    • Event planning experience would be a plus
