A Mindfull Journey
Courage Starts From Within
As part of the walk, we showcased A Mindfull Journey— an exhibition of deeply personal stories from our community, including those we serve and even our own staff.
Each participant shared an object meaningful to their mental wellness journey, using it to tell their story of struggle, resilience, and hope.
The exhibition was displayed across two locations at Gardens by the Bay, reaching thousands of visitors. These stories are the heartbeat of our cause— a reminder of the real lives and journeys your support empowers.
More often, they’re silent. In Singapore, far too many suffer in the shadows, afraid to speak up or unsure where to turn. The stigma is real, and the support systems? Still catching up.
This walk is our way of saying:
Step up, Speak out, and Stand together.

At 51 then, I became my adoptive father's caregiver. He was battling with colon cancer, and then dementia.
Though it was a difficult caregiving journey, I am glad to be there for him till the end.

I couldn't be more grateful to those who have opened up the space and accepted me graciously, and the genuine connections I have forged.
