A first-of-its-kind programme where parents and teens (aged 13-17) learn the practical skills to talk, listen, and truly support each other emotionally.

Your 3-Session Journey to Connection

Over three interactive sessions, each pair will learn a new way to talk, listen, and support each other. Anchored by professionals and volunteer facilitators, you’ll practise together, turning tough moments into opportunities for connection.

  • Start with an honest conversation. Share our brochure or this website with them and let them know that this isn’t about “fixing” either party, but rather, about learning how to support one another better.

  • Absolutely. Bridging Hearts is designed for a wide range of families. So long as both parties are willing to connect, Bridging Hearts is for you.

  • Each session builds on the last, so we truly encourage you to make it for all three. Please also note that the programme fee is non-refundable, as it covers materials and arrangements for all three sessions regardless of attendance.
