A morning of joy, connection, and heart
This year's theme, Coming Together, speaks to a simple truth: we come from different walks of life, with different stories and experiences. But beneath all that, we carry the same emotions — the same joys, struggles, fears, and hopes.
When we recognise how much we share, we realise are more alike than different, and that understanding is what makes us stronger as a community.
From the flag-off to the carnival games, here's how we came together for mental health at A Mindfull Walk 2026!

A walk around Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park to kickstart the morning.

In our "Rep & Raise" challenge, every push-up, sit-up, and burpee raised $1 for mental health. Meanwhile, "Stronger Together" pairs teamed up, gave a small donation, and conquered an 8-station obstacle course together!

Carnival games, facepainting, balloon sculpting, magicians, and many more kept everyone on their toes!

All participants received a limited edition, adorable plushie of Mindfull Community's very own icons.

A special thank you
What a morning! We were so honoured to have Mr Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, join us at Mindfull Walk 2026.
Thank you, Minister, for spending time with us, walking alongside our community, and showing up for mental health. It meant a lot to everyone.

The heart behind the game: Yiling's story
Yiling, a person-in-recovery, first came to Mindfull in 2017, when she accompanied her mother — who was her caregiver then — for one of our caregiver programmes. As the programme rounded up, Yiling left with a better understanding of her own mental health.
Over the years, Yiling found her community and strengthened her support system, with one pillar being her family.
This year, she came back with her sister and three nephews, and they put together a game booth for our carnival. Plastic bottles became bowling pins labelled with emotions like "anger" and "anxiety", and players knocked them down with a football, thus turning negativity into joy.
The game was a true hit, and we couldn't be more proud and grateful to Yiling and her family!
Here's what our community had to say
Don't just take our word for it — here's what some of our participants and volunteers shared about their experience at A Mindfull Walk 2026.
A special shoutout to UBS for mobilising an incredible team who went above and beyond. Your support means the world to us.

"Volunteering at the event
gave me an opportunity to connect with the community,
contribute to a meaningful cause, and see the positive

"Mental health has always been a cause close to my heart, so
being able to support Mindfull and the meaningful work they
do is incredibly fulfilling."
Mark Ching

"Prioritising mental well-being in the workplace is essential. Creating an empathetic environment ensures no one has to carry those burdens alone."
Eike Weinberg
We're so grateful to our supporters & donors
