Your Community Mental Health Teams

Mindfull Community’s Community Health and Engagement (CHE) team runs the Caregiver Community Outreach Team (CREST-CSN) programme, an initiative under the Community Mental Health Masterplan. We focus on caregivers who are caring for persons with mental health issues and/or dementia. These caregivers may have or are at risk of developing depression, anxiety and burn-out themselves, as a result of their caregiving responsibilities.

A dedicated staff member will remain connected with caregivers, providing support throughout their journey with us. They will listen deeply, understand their situation, and match them to the right support – counselling, psychoeducation and engagement activities. Our staff stays in touch through check-ins and regular engagement activities.
